Fun Active Challenge Rooms, Completely Disguised as Play

Our Mission

Cubetown is a new kind of indoor experience where movement, play and challenge come together.

We believe movement should be something people look forward to. Using light, sound and interactive technology, we’ve created immersive challenge rooms that encourage Australians to run, think, laugh and connect in ways that don’t feel like exercise.

Whether you’re visiting with family, friends, teammates or colleagues, our goal is simple: make games that get people moving and help them rediscover the joy of play.

What To Expect

Cubetown combines little pieces of some of our favourite experiences that you may be familiar with: the teamwork of an escape room, the freedom of an arcade and the active challenge of sport. However, you’re not locked in a room, you don’t need to be athletic and you definitely don’t just stand at a screen.

Make sure you wear comfortable clothes and enclosed shoes, because we think you’re going to need them.

During a Cubetown session, you’ll move between different arenas, each offering a unique mix of physical, mental and sensory games for you to choose from. The games are all around 2-3 minutes each, so you’ll have enough time to play a few per challenge room.

The best part – you choose how you play, with different difficulties and game modes that you can switch between:

Want to chase
high scores?

Pick a co-operative game and work together to get your team on our leaderboard.

Want to beat
your mates?

Pick a competitive game and play each other for the ultimate bragging rights.

Want to slow
things down?

Pick a chill game and enjoy a sensory light experience at your own pace.

Who Is Cubetown For?

Cubetown is designed for kids at heart, aged 6 and over. You don’t need to be a gamer or sporty – you just need to be willing to play and have fun.

Everybody comes to Cubetown for their own reason, and we’re still learning more every day about what Cubetown can do for different groups.
